Talking about the Future of Referrals

Recently in Practically Speaking, I wrote that creating a positive client experience can lead to more referrals.  We’ve also had guest posts: by Steve Wershing who discussed what goes into a referral marketing system  and by Julie Littlechild on how to leverage client communications to drive referrals.  The feedback was great  but I also received lots of questions and requests for more information.

It would seem that many of you want to go deeper into the subject, to talk about referrals in depth – and I mean literally talk.   Recently Julie, Steve and I had just that conversation in an episode of their podcast, Becoming Referable.
